Having in excess of 100 years of combined multi-family industry experience at the Executive Management level, KPI2 has an extensive understanding of the multifamily industry from all professional aspects including real estate management practices.

Jan (John) Kulpinski
President/Owner

Jan founded KPI2 in 1998, just a few years after arriving to the United States from Poland. Since then, KPI2 has become a well-known and respected name in the construction industry due to Jan’s leadership, vision and strong work ethic.

Dariusz (Darek) Falkowski
Vice President/Owner

Darek joined KPI2 as a partner in 2001. As an established roofing contractor, Darek brought with him a wealth of knowledge in the roofing industry to KPI2. His attention to detail and quality is instrumental in providing oversight to the multi-faceted projects of KPI2 while ensuring top quality workmanship and performance of our field personnel.

Hubert Wierzbowicz
COO/Owner

Hubert joined KPI2 as a partner in 2017. A knowledgeable and well-respected contractor, Hubert brought with him 20+ years of experience in the construction industry to KPI2. He oversees the daily operations of KPI2 while also focusing on the growth of the company.

Matt has been with KPI2 for 20+ years and has had a tremendous impact on the company’s expansion. His construction field knowledge provides our clients with the requisite comfort level that all projects are performed in accordance with all specifications, on time, and most importantly, within budget. He is responsible for estimating and serves as a great educator to our project management staff.
